We are looking for a first Data hire to own the data practices of a well-funded software startup!
What’s exciting about this role is that Data is the product. That means your work is critical to the success of the entire business.
You will join a recently built Product team with 3 Full Stack Developers, a Tech Lead, a Design Lead, and a Product Lead. There’s so much exciting work ahead.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in technical development, including scoping, design and build of features and maintenance of the platform.
- Owning all data practices
- Being the data leader within the business, ensuring the quality of data
- Managing survey data
- Maintaining and improving the data pipeline as we scale
- Supporting with other improvements to the back-end infrastructure
- Thinking about other ways to commercialise data in unique ways
You’ll be pivotal to the growth of the business, shaping the Product Team, and ensuring objectives are completed on time, with best practice.
Ideally, you’ll have 3+ years experience working in a similar role and have experience working with:
- DBT
- Snowflake
- Postgres/MySQL
- R (optional)
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
